By participating in the Aristoc Monthly Giveaway, the following conditions of participation are accepted.

The organiser of this promotion is Aristoc, Embody (Brands) Limited, Courtaulds Building, 292 Haydn Road, Nottingham, NG5 1EB, England – hereinafter referred to as Aristoc.

To take part in the giveaway, participants must complete and submit the online entry form provided on the official Aristoc website. By submitting the form, participants agree to these conditions of participation.

Participation is free of charge and does not require a purchase. Transfer of entries to third parties, a cash alternative, or an exchange of the prize is not possible.

Please note: If you are already subscribed to the Aristoc newsletter, you must still complete the entry form once to be included in the giveaway.

Natural persons resident in the United Kingdom who are 18 years or older are eligible to participate. Employees of Aristoc, Embody (Brands) Limited, and their immediate relatives are excluded from participation.

Aristoc reserves the right to exclude participants at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, including but not limited to:

• Manipulation of access to or execution of the giveaway
• Breaches of these conditions
• Unfair behaviour or multiple fraudulent entries
• False or misleading information in connection with participation

The Aristoc Monthly Giveaway is an ongoing promotion. Entries open on 1 October 2025 and continue until further notice.

A prize draw will take place on the third Monday of each month, selecting one winner from all valid entries received up to that date. All valid entrants remain eligible for future monthly draws unless they unsubscribe from the Aristoc mailing list or request removal.

Each month, one winner will receive an Aristoc Gift Bag, containing a selection of Aristoc hosiery and accessories. Prizes may vary each month depending on product availability.

Please note:

• Prizes are subject to stock availability at the time of dispatch
• The prize will be dispatched within one month of the winner confirming their details
• Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of Aristoc, Embody (Brands) Limited

Each month, one winner will be drawn at random and notified by email within 7 days of the draw. The winner must respond within 120 hours (5 days) of notification. If no response is received within this period, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected.

Entitlement to the prize arises exclusively upon receipt of the written notification of the win. The prize will only be dispatched directly to the winner.

Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment or transfer of the prize to another person is not permitted. These conditions of participation are subject to the laws of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Aristoc reserves the right to amend or supplement these conditions of participation at any time without prior notice, insofar as this is necessary for the proper conduct of the giveaway, prevention of misuse, or other justified reasons.

The recipient of the information provided by participants is Aristoc, Embody (Brands) Limited.

Aristoc ensures compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. All personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the prize or manage the competition. Any third parties engaged are contractually bound to comply with all relevant data protection legislation.

Aristoc accepts no responsibility for:

• Technical issues, delays, or interruptions during participation
• Loss or deletion of data
• Incorrect content or corrupted transmissions

Once prizes have been dispatched, Aristoc is not liable for loss or damage of any kind. This does not affect liability for injury to life, body, or health caused by wilful or negligent breach of duty by Aristoc or its agents.
